Happy Hotels: hospitality, inclusion and visual communication
Hospitality can become a tool for social inclusion.
Happy Hotels is a social enterprise that reimagines hospitality as a positive force for people and communities. More than offering places to stay, the project promotes a model where inclusion, wellbeing and social impact become part of the guest experience.

The Project
The challenge was to create a visual identity capable of expressing the project's social mission without relying on conventional non-profit communication.
The brand was developed around the idea of welcoming people through clarity, warmth and accessibility. Every touchpoint, from the logo to the website and printed materials, became part of the same visual language, creating a coherent experience across both digital and physical environments.
The website was designed and developed in Joomla with particular attention to narrative structure, content hierarchy and usability, allowing visitors to understand not only what Happy Hotels offers, but why the project exists.
